Based on a dsn that makes him look like a "one year wonder" and who tested, I'm taking a guess as to who got it. I also tested, have several years more experience than the guy I'm guessing, and I have NO problem with him getting it. He's a good dude and a good cop. If it was him, he'll do a hell of a good job.
