It really makes no sense that Div of Patrol Lt's are not attending this round of training with Patrol Officers. A street Lt. will most likely be the first ranking supervisor on the scene of an active shooter. Should he not be very familiar with the training his officers have received as to the situation he is now supervising? To exclude street Lt's from the day of training really makes no sense at all! Then again, many things coming out of HQ really makes little sense these days.
