Before you get all super righteous on us, just remember, prosecutors have made many refusals even when the suspect makes written confessions. Everyone knows it isn't IF a person commits a crime that warrants are issued, it is IF they feel they will win in court. Doesn't mean someone isn't guilty of whatever they did. I'm not saying this person in question did anything, just saying the prosecuting attorneys refuse many slam dunk cases for one reason or another.
