Yes, making a vow sounds great! My husband is from west of Chicago (Fox Valley area) so we go there to see family every year. I have two sons with my ex husband who lives in Utah, so my boys go out there to see him at the same time we're in Chicago. We're staying for a month, and last year I was so unhappy because I had gained so much weight and just felt uncomfortable all the time. It takes down my life quality alot to be overweight and I need to do this. It works best for me when I do SS so that's what I'll be doing. I'm going to start Monday and I will make it!!! Thank's again for being here!
