You have my vote as an IN Sandra! See how you help everyone, by YOU being honest everyone comes out of the woodwork!! Thank you and I know all of us can do this. Ruthann put this message board here for a reason and I believe that was to be honest in helping others on the good days and the bad days!! Today was a better day and I am going to try to stay off that scale til weigh in. I have actually made myself sick by binging the last few days, so that is another plus to stay on CD. CD makes you feel good and skinny!!
