Don't stay away when you need to be here the most! The board is a support board and the name kind of says it all...
Don't beat yourself up, look at what you have accomplished so far! And if you stick to the diet, really stick to it, it's impossible to not lose weight. You will!
Keep up the good job and when cravings come, wait 20 minutes and you're usually fine.
