Hi everyone, my weight loss is slow but I am still ssing. I forgot to check in Monday but my loss for the week was just two pounds. I am seeing the loss in inches so that keeps me going. My only concern is that the 100 lbs in 100 days is starting to look like a myth. I have been on 50 days and have lost 33 lbs. on top of that I have no energy and I am very weak. I'm not so sure the benefits out-weigh other diet programs. Is that reasonable or is it my mood?
