Patricia, What other diet could you ever lose 33 pounds in 50 days???? I think you may be depressed and missing food. Don't get discouraged. You can do this. If you need to rethink the 100 days and go on a maintenance week, then do that, but don't give up. You are doing a great job. I understand that you want to lose as much as you can in 100 days but there is no better or healthier way to do it. Drink lots of water and take 4 shakes if you have to. We are here for you. You just have to pick yourself up and treat yourself to somethink special. Get a facial, a manicure or a massage. It's all about you right now. You deserve if for what you have accomplished already.
