Thanks for your support! That helps alot to know I can be ok with staying the same when I really wanted to lose 10 pounds!!!! Just my feelings for the day I guess! I am sure Sandra it is different to get in the routine of weighing in on Friday but you will get in the habit! Nisee, hope your week has went well and your weigh in is a great one! I am helping others this weekend by helping an friend move, so offered to help him clena and unpack in his new place. Always makes me feel good when I can help others plus all the moving around might get some exercising going on at the same time!! Have a great weekend! And remember Keep on Shakin!
