Thanks Jill, as I have told the others I really needed that. I guess the first week at 12lbs spoiled me and helped me set unrealistic goals. I was so looking forward to the 100 lbs in 100 days and started counting the days as though I was off target. Thanks for setting me straight, I needed that.
