Hello Barb! I also used Cambridge when I was close to my 40th B'day... I had great success and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. On my big day (don't worry, turning 40 is not bad at all...lol), I was slim and could put on a really nice dress and enjoy the day 100%. It was 2 years ago and this year, I will still be able to wear a dress for slim women/girls... 
Cambridge gave me a new life - the 3 months I was SSing were extremely boring but I kept my focus on the result and in the end it was worth it!!! Good luck!!! Mia
