Hey Barb you know there is always going to be tough days and even weeks but you cannot give up on yourself sometimes you just need to separate yourself for a couple of days to just know that this is what you want to do, I'm a huge example of that. You can get back on track and don't be so hard on yourself...I started last Monday trying to get back on, for 4 days I tried but was not doing as good as I would have liked and then all of a sudden on Friday I was mentally and physically ready to get completly back on track and I'm no on day 3 of 100% on track...so you can do it and take it easy on yourself we are only human.
