6 ROUNDED SCOOPS SUPER OATS
4 PACKETS OF SPLENDA OR TO TASTE
1 HEAPING TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 ROUNDED TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
PINCH NUTMEG
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1/4 CUP EGG BEATERS
3/4 CUP WATER
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS
ADD LIQUID INGREDIENTS
MIX TOGETHER.
FILL 9 PAM SPRAYED REGULAR SIZED CUPCAKE TINS.
BAKE 350 FOR 20 MINUTES. DON'T OVERBAKE OR THEY WILL BE TOO DRY.
9 MUFFINS = 510 CALORIES
3 MUFFINS - 170 CALORIES
1 MUFFIN = 56 CALORIES
USE 3 MUFFINS IN PLACE OF YOUR DRINK OR USE A 420 ffl 1 SCOOP DRINK OR 1/2 SCOOP 330 DRINK AND 1 1/2 MUFFINS.
I MAKE 21 MINI MUFFINS AND DIVIDE THEM INTO 3 SERVINGS (9 MINI MUFFINS EACH SERVING) THEN I CAN MAKE THEM LAST LONGER. aLSO ANOTHER HINT I THOUGHT I WOULD MAKE IT EASIER INSTEAD OF USING SPRAY IN THE TIN THAT I WOULD USE THE PAPER CUPCAKE HOLDERS AND NOT A GOOD IDEA CAUSE I COULD NOT GET THE MUFFIN OFF THE PAPER!
