Aimey that's amazing...great job there is no bigger motivator to stay on then watching the scale go down. Yes most people can loose a lot the first week just be aware that if you do sometimes you hit a plateau during your second week and you don't loose anything again till your third week, if that happens do not be discouraged just hold on tight because it will come off.
