So proud of you Aimye!! I remember my first week, I dropped 15 and that was my biggest lose, mostly water weight. Then I lost total of 58 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Then I hit the dread PLATEAU
and I thought what the heck, I will just have alittle something to eat cause it put me in a downer mood. And the rest of the story, today I am 35 pounds lighter! So I gained a few pounds back, but I have learned that when plateaus come~ don't let them spook you and make you go the other way! Keep on posting when you have temptations!
