My weekly goals are 4.5 to 5 lbs a week with a finial set goal of Feb 22 2009.
My Doctor set up a finial weight lose of 125 lbs. I would like to see 130 or 135. I think that 125 will be to much for me.
today when I weighed in I was 326 my goal was 328 for today. So that put me up 2 lbs. I figure if I stay ahead of my weekly goals then if I have a bad week then I am still on track. or if I plateau I wont be disappointed if I don't hit my goal for that week because I am ahead of my goal. This was my first day of kicking it up a bit more to 45 min a day of total body training. But when my husband came home He helped me with more training and I got in 1 hour. I love my new machine. I haven't been able to walk much because of the arthritis in my knees I have bone on bone as I have stated before. but the new machine is easy on my joints and I don't feel the pain in them now. Hoping that it will help me be able to get out and walk 30 mins a day and not hurt like it use to.
Everyone is doing so great. I love it here. and the support is awesome. I was telling my mom about it and she was thrilled.
