Sounds like you have it going on Marvy! That is awesome and keep it up! It really helps to have goals set and small ones at that cause they are easier to achieve. So may I ask what kind of machine you got? You probably already told us? My mom has arthritis in her knees real bad like you said bone on bone and she gets shots on cortizine in her knees and they only last 3 months. It is hard for her to walk and to exercise. Wish I could do something for her.
Keep it going girl! I woke up this morn and ended up eating food, I was dizzy and thought was going to pass out. Only had yogurt w/ cherrios. So hope that don't change my weight loss for the week. It is early in the morn, so maybe can wear it off. Sorry for the babbling, but needed to get it out about eating! This is a new day and I can change it! Good luck to you. Always nice when family (hubby) is there to support you and help you out.
