I to get shot in my knees every 5 months, and I take medication for the pain in both my knees and my back.
The machine I got is the Total Gym. I just love it.
I was told by a specialist not to use a treadmill anymore because of my back injury, it was making it worse, and the jolting on my spine and knees was unbearable. I was on Codeine for 2 years. then my local Doctor put me on other meds and it helps a lot. I still have trouble walking or standing for longer than 30 min. When we go shopping I start out ok but by the end of our trip I am shot and need help in to the car. I know that getting this weight off will be a big help,
