Dont feel like eating but

I don't have the feeling that I need to eat. But I am having a lot of growling in my lower tommy.
My stomach doesn't feel empty but my intestines sure are talking to me.. I am not craving food, and I am not hungry.
Can you help me here, My husband can hear it across the room. I keep telling it to be quiet but it wont listen to me.LOL LOL LOL just keeps talking back to me.
