Ok I owe you all an apology I have not posted in a few days as I had Aunt flow visit me this week and it has been really bad worse than I have ever had cramps and so I have not really been talking to anyone even my poor mommy sorry mom it is not you I have just stayed away from everyone I have again really sorry. I am praying that I will stop feeling so irritated with life in general and that I can get back to my usual self soon so sorry if I offended anyone
