Glad you like the salads. I use the Keto stix if the stix stays the same your not in ketosis. if it starts to turn light orange to dark brown you are. there are different levels of ketosis. I read about Ketosis on the Internet before I started using them. and it said any diet under 800 cal a day will put the body into ketosis. I find that even with my Cambridge 3 times a day and having a very low cal meal of salad 3 oz of boiled seasoned chicken or turkey I still show a very low amount of ketosis. but everyone is different. Also some people takes 4 days to show and some takes 24 to 48 hours. I showed ketosis after 48 hours. Hope this helps. also if you are going to add a meal. Remember to add lots of fresh greens and whole wheat's. It takes more cal. to digest these foods then what is in them. Example Ice water take 15 cal for the body to warm so it can use it. Celery has about 5 to 10 cal. in it but take about 25 cal to digest. Food for thought. and Remember Water Water Water.
