Lisa. Everyday I keep going back to these messages rereading them over and over and over. I too had SSing become a habit. It was either that or nothing at all and I need to get back to it. I love your wonderful attitude and how happy you are. I am so proud of you wow 60lbs. How great is that. Today is the day that I am thankful for Lisa and the others for being and inspiration to me.
