Thank you Mia for keeping us on track.
The reason why we are all on Cambridge is because we were tired of what we had allowed our body's to become. Cambridge is a tool. A tool to get us started. A tool to keep us going. A tool for better Health.
"Who said you have to starve while dieting?" With The Cambridge programs you have choices!"
Fast Start, Regular Weight loss Program, Weight Maintenance Program, Physicians Monitored Program, Lifetime Nutrition Program.
We are on Cambridge to educate our selves to a healthier way of life.
I think it is funny that they call Junk Food, JUNK. That is just what it is JUNK. and what is JUNK. Garbage. Don't we all throw out our JUNK. So why are we eating it.
I am so thankful that God gave us the ability to make choices. We are the only part of His creation that has this ability. Not even the Angel have the ability to make choices.
Think of all the animal and how they know just what they have to eat to stay alive. and If we give our pets our junk they soon get sick, and you know the rest. And poor things they don't have the choices we have.
This is the Day that I will make better choices, learn what is good for my body, Stick to the Cambridge Plan that is best for my life, and to become the Person I am to Be.
