Oh yes, I know... I am planning now, I can't go back and not have a super tight plan on how I will eat once I'm back to food. My biggest problem is that I eat nothing and then everything. I have to do breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. And definetily in moderation. So, I will make it, and I long for balance in life and not be doing this jojo up and down dieting. I have lost and gained between 60-70 lbs 4 times since my kids were born. And always lost it fast, kept it off when I stay healthy, then lose it and gain it all back. Not this time. Like you did, I will be prepared and succeed this time! Thank's for all your good advice! You are a true inspiration Mia!
