My Plan

I did 8 weeks straight SS

Then switched to 790 as I had a couple of Weddings to go to and a couple more social events.

Then I went on holiday to Malta and did 1000 Plan

On returning home I went back onto SS on 23rd April

Will stay on SS for a couple more weeks then might add a small meal per day to about 600 cals

34lbs to go to target
Lost 19" from my chest, 19" from my waist, 21" from my hips
