Today was my Doctor Visit. I had to go in and get my right knee injected so I could walk better. Then they took blood. I am being monitored while I am SSing, But what really made my Doc happy was my weight lose. And I found out my scale was weighing me 1 lbs heavier. We set up new goals and He wants me back in 30 days for more blood test, and weight in.
I wont tell you how much I have lost this week until Monday when I report. but I can tell you it will be a really big number.
I have to give a lot of the credit you all of you here. It has been the awesome support of each and everyone of you. Your strength, your honesty, and all your love that has helped me reach my next goal. (Picture Time) As I have said before My husband take my picture every 10 lbs. Expect a new Picture on Monday..
