Oh my gosh Mia, congratulations! I would love to lose 70 or more lbs in the next 3 months. I am a little confused about the exercise though. Some people have told me not to exercise on ss because it will slow me down & cause weight loss to stall. Can you tell me how much exercise you did during those 3 months? A lot? I weigh 215 and would like to weigh about 120-125. Please tell me your secrets so I can achieve your success.
