Hello Alexa!
Working out won't slow down your weight loss. Muscles weigh more than fat though, so it can look like your loss is slowing down, but in the long run you will burn more fat because of the muscles. You should take if easy during the first 1-2 weeks. You may feel a bit weak and dizzy in the beginning but as soon as you are in ketosis you will get your energy back. You should not work out too hard though. I used different Workout DVDs at home and I walked, walked, walked. I believe some exercise during the diet is good to prepare you for the life after the diet... A more healthier and active life. Add some exercise little by little and you will finally see that it is a natural part of your daily life and something you will continue doing for the rest of your life. Good luck!! Mia.

: Oh my gosh Mia, congratulations! I would love
: to lose 70 or more lbs in the next 3 months.
: I am a little confused about the exercise
: though. Some people have told me not to
: exercise on ss because it will slow me down
: & cause weight loss to stall. Can you
: tell me how much exercise you did during
: those 3 months? A lot? I weigh 215 and would
: like to weigh about 120-125. Please tell me
: your secrets so I can achieve your success.
: Thank you, Alexa

: Yes, it is absolutely true, and the reason
: why
: I know that, is that I am the one who lost
: 70lbs in 3 months. Like Marvy said, you have
: to stick to the diet, no cheating... If you
: decide to only use shakes and soups (SS),
: then you need to know that the first days
: are tough. But as soon as yout body reach
: ketosis, and you start burning fat, you
: won't feel any hunger anymore. Drink plenty
: of water and walk to move your body. Walking
: is a fantastic way of working out. Good
: luck! Mia

: I have been told by a friend that certain
: women have lost these amounts on SS
: cambridge: One woman 70 lbs in 3 months, one
: woman 80 lbs in 91 days, one woman 95 lbs in
: 4 1/2 months, one woman 50 lbs in 2 months,
: a man lost 100 lbs in 100 days. Now I would
: like to know if this is true information or
: if these are just stories. Is it really
: possible to lose those large amounts in such
: a short time??? Can anyone verify the
: information? Thank you, Alexa, NH
