Hi Ann, wow that must be tough being wheat intolerant you have to get all sorts of special food since almost everything has wheat in it, I know that because I tried a gluten free diet on my son a while back (which really didn't work)not because he is intolerant but because there were all these studies of how helpful gluten free diets are for autistic kids at least 50% of them, not my boy!! I haven't made the cookies yet it's today's project, I WILL resist hahahaha. Hugs. Sandra
