Hello Everyone,
I am so excited about this and I plan to start on Sunday teh day after my party. I cant start today because I have a big party tomorrow here at my house and there will be tons of great foods..(BAD FOOD DESSERTS)lol.. I hope that I do as well as everyone has. I have to lose 45 pounds.. I hope I get some support from you all and help on what to do as in workouts etc.
