Welcome Sonia! You will do great as long as you stick to the plan. The board is pretty quite during the weekends and actually during the week also, I think it is cause of the holidays coming up. So post on your good days and your bad days. I would let your body get use to the change from doing Cambridge and then a week or two start exercising. I do walking for mine. Whatever works for you. Good luck! I wish I only had 45 to lose. I have about 100! But I will get there! And you will too! Hugs Barb
