Hi Sonia! Welcome to the board. I'm sure you are going to do great. This is such a wonderful board, and so full of support! I am usually on more than this, but am in the process of moving. Just keep posting posting posting during good and bad days! I would definitely wait a bit and let your body get used to being on Cambridge before you add exercise. Then just add a little bit at a time. Again, welcome!
