We started weigh ins on Monday because it helps all dieters to be responsible for how they do. It keeps you really working hard to lose that weight when you know you will be posting your weight loss on Monday. Please post even if you don’t have a loss or even if you have a gain. If you had a loss, post the amount. If you had no loss or a gain, you can just post didn’t do well, I’ll try harder next week. You will get encouragement to keep following your weight loss plan. We are not critical of anyone here. All of us know how hard it is to diet!!!!
Weekends are hard and we sometimes over-eat then. When you know you will posting your weight to the Board on Monday sometimes it helps you to not eat the 2nd piece of whatever is tempting you.
WE ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE TOMMY VOLUNTEER TO DO THIS FOR EVERYONE. She is very kind an generous to agree to give of her time to do this.
I have been providing this Board FREE for over 5 years, and I know that those that do the weigh ins do much better than those that don't.
