Returning in need of lots of kind support

after being gone since last year. and being so very ill most of this year.. I stepped on the scale and had put on all the weight I had lost plus 20#'s.
So here I am very early tuesday morning or really late on Monday night with my first weigh in.
360# on the nose.
wow that number make me ill just thinking of it..
no wonder I am having a hard time breathing when I walk.
Please read the post I did on Ruth Ann's March 2009 post.
It is very nice to see almost all new ones here.
and so good to see Ruth Ann back and strong.
