Well I've not been able to sole source so I'm adding lowcarb soup and salad and when I want something really sweet I add fruit and sugar substitute to my shakes. Yum. I just started this on the 19 and am seeing real progress on the scale already. I will SS when I can. But so far I'm happy. Just keep it low carb. Carbs kick in the binging reflex.
