So far I can't seem to make one day all the way through without eating. So if I do that, then I know I won't want to add a meal for as long as I can. Maybe I'll try to go at this in a different way and low carb with an atkins style approach and then ease into the cambridge. Today would be good to start that. The hubby will be home for 4 days and I know he is gonna want to go out to eat and Q. Well here goes day one Atkins induction....I'll plan 4 days and I know I'll get sick of it, then go to Cambridge. Atkins is always fun at first, but just meat gets boring to me. On second thought I think I'll just combine the two right now and work towards the SS. I'm able to make the whole day it's just the nights. So I'll start with me strengh and add to it....Thanks for your encouragement CNDY and mother....I hope to be SSing with you soon.
