Diet Mountain Dew Motherdearest. I'm a dew head.
Down another pound today, yes ketosis is in. Tonight the takin out the friend for his birthday challenge. An italin restaurant. I will go for the salad and keepin the carbs very low in calories. Or maybe just a piece of steak if they have it.
