Lost 1

I woke up this morning a pound down and was happy. Very happy. I have that wonderful sensation of metal in my mounth from the ketosis. Turned my keto stick the darkest I have every seen it and dropped a pound.

How can water taste so different during ketosis as well. Funny huh.

I feel like I broke a little platue I was on.
