I had a diet doctor tell me one time they don't know why but they think the artificial sweetner makes your body go into fat storage mode. I went to all water for 4 months. I hated diet sodas. I like coke zero ok...but can do w/o it. The only diet soda I ever liked was vanilla coke zero and they stopped selling it....or so I thought... then I saw it for the first time in a year the other day and bought 9+ something cases...lol. I don't crave food w/ it now but I don't even drink once a day.
