Start off w/ as many miles as you can do on your home machines... at a relaxed pace... don't over due til you get through the food w/d ...better known as going into ketosis... at that time you can push yourself a little harder... the first week or 2 you feel worse...then you feel incredible! You can gradually add more and more aerobic exercise... but don't weight lift till you are closer to you goal and have added back one meal a day...at least! Good luck again!
