Oh... my daughter's best friend spent the week w/ us and her parents came and got her this morning... they freaked out (they are military ...both of them and VERY fit and big health nuts). They thought I had kept my personal trainer... they couldn't quit gushing over how good I looked! It was soooo nice to hear. So...basically.... I'm not tooting my own horn but I want to show ya'll what you have to look forward to in a couple of months! You can all do this. I am the least LEAST disciplined person... I made it a game... the skinny meet was determined to beat the fat me! It was fun that way....lol
