I am sorry I wasn't here yesterday to comment to you. I hope last night went well for you. If not, today is a new day. Please "think this" and have a positive outlook about yourself RIGHT NOW!! As much as you need and want to lose weight, you need to be happy with yourself right now. I find feeling good about myself in the moment helps me to focus better on what I need to do to get through the day. Have a great day Pam.
