Bad days are a fine line. You have to shrug it off and not get down... BUT if you make too light of it... you will do it again. I really struggled finding myself on that line. You might want to build in cheat days when you hit certain goals. My first cheat was after the first month. I was suppose to hit my goal on my birthday but I didn't...so I wasn't going to cheat...but I made it like...4days later... and decided cheating for my bday meal would make me feel better and less deprived... it worked. So... build in cheats w/ your goals... although...not often. Would that help you?
