Just wanted to see how everyone is doing. Let you all know that I am here, with Miss Sonya B. We kep seeing if we can get a bite on board and not much action these days, LOL. It's ok, I will just keep on a babbling until someone tells me to stop.
I had a great SSing day today. I have been in ketosis for a while now and hope to remain there. OK, well I guess my SSing isn't like some, actually it hasn't been true at all. I have 2-3 shakes a day. But some days, like today, I wanted to eat. So I will have some turkey lunch meat and a slice of provolone cheese with a tomatoe slice. I calculate it all and it ends up being more protien and less carbs than the shake. SO I am ok. HOWEVER!!!!!! I do not reccommend this. I know that the shakes are more balanced overall and better for you if you are SSing. I just do this once in a while and tonight was one of those days.
I also started working out again. 32 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the Total Gym. I feel very good. I definately can tell I am in the 500 calorie a day mode. It is good to exercise but I do not have quite the stamina as before with more food in me.
I'm ok with that though, because I need to lose this weight. It will make my physical activities so much funner in the future.
