Good Morning Everyone,
Well I have good and bad news. I guess I'll start with the bad. I woke up this morning and my ankle had a good size twing going on inside of it. I have been going to Physical Therapy to get my ankle strength back and doing specific ankle exercises. Yesterday I thought if 10 rps were good 20 would be beter so I pushed myself. Unfortunately I pushed a little to hard. I see my therapist again tonight so hopefully he will get me back on track.
Good news is that I am down to 203. lost 1 1/2 lbs last night. I am getting there, to be in the 100's and I am excited about that. This is the longest I have stuck to this diet in a very long time. I am so glad I have.
