WOW, I do not know what to say Miss Sonja. I know you said you are SSing. 3-4 shakes a day and nothing eles. I just can not understand why you are not losing after 2 weeks. Please do not get down. Do you feel like you are in ketosis otherwise? Do you have a metalic taste in your mouth? Funky BO sometimes, do you use ketone sticks to check? Do your clothes feel different?
Sounds othrwise like your body has turned off and is in starvation made. Thereofre holding on to the weight.
I read another article last night that was saying that those of us that have done this diet before, that it never seems to work as well the second time around. Not that you want to hear that, sorry.
If you are sincerly keeping to just the shakes, and you try adding exercise, and still do not budge after another week, you may want to go off for a week and then try again. But I could be wrong. SO please wait for others responses.
