Whatcha all shakin this afternoon. Me, same ol' same ol' Chocolate! Yummy. Actually my blender works great and makes the shakes very frothy. I love them.

I just want you to all know I am hear. Call out if you need anything. I do not plan on going anywhere for a while. I have PLENTY to lose.

Hey do any of you watch the show the Biggest Loser. I have to tell you it is very inspiring to see all these real people go through this transformation.
