I am telling you. If you have a hard time getting over yoiur cravings for carb and sweet foods youi need to try to give up these products. It willl NOT be easy. I went cold turkey after 3 dyas and now it has been a month with no caffeine or diet pops. Nothing with sweetners. I drink water, and carbinated water (plain.) I had to TRAIN myself to like it. However, I was craving the snapping open of a cold can, LOL. So I got myself to like plain carbinated water....seltzer water.
The gain I have made is that the diet is so much easier for me now. Before I would be "ok" after in ketosis, but now I never have these cravings.
Hwere is an HONEST example. Real life. IU made my kids HOT GEWY CHEWY Chocolate Chip cookies tonight and didn't even "think" about stealing a nibble. I threw them in a jar and closed the lid. No biggy. Never desired them at all. NO KIDDING!!!!
I completley attribute this to the giving up atrificial saweeetners. Now I also gave up cafeine. I think that is still ok, but then yiou would need to drink it black, no cream or sweetner of any kind.
If you are struggling, please try this. It worked first hand for me. I wont make promises to you but it is really worth an honest effort. Also my skin is so much smoother and clearer after giving that all up.
