hello ladies I know its been awhile, but ive been shakin my way to success. I have reached my goal of 135. I started at 168 on aug 17th. I know all of you ladies can accomplish your goals the same way I did. This board way a HUGE help to me. Its so much easier knowing that there are others out there going through the same things. And all the ladies always have a kind word when your struggling. Im sure that I will be back in the furure hopefully not on CD but to lend support to those who need it. So keep on shakin ladies it works and you can ALL do it!!!!
