Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
Holidays will be here before we know it,and we all know how difficult it is to diet during those times. Make a strong commitment to yourself NOW to DO YOUR VERY BEST TO GET OFF AS MUCH AS YOU CAN NOW BEFORE YOU HAVE TO CONTEND WITH THOSE GOODIES AND MOUNTAINS OF FOOD EVERYWHERE.
Tips to help you through Halloween:
If it is ok with you, you can NOT buy Trick or Treat goodies, turn out your lights and not answer the door.
If you are planning on giving Trick or Treat goodies or candy, don't buy it until the day before Halloween, and buy YOUR least favorite goodies or candy. Don't OPEN the bags until time to give it out.
If it looks like you will have candy or goodies left, give it all out to the last Trick or Treaters that come to the door, or take it work with you the next day and leave it there. OR take it to your beauty shop, nail shop OR any business and give it to them. Many businesses have a jar of candy on the counter for their customers.
You can also throw it out,BUT MOST OF US CAN'T DO THAT.
Now if you have children, and they come home with their sacks full of CANDY. Ask them to please put it somewhere out of sight so you won't be tempted to eat it BECAUSE YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND NEED THEIR HELP.
IF YOU DON'T GET RID OF IT, YOU KNOW YOU WILL EAT IT SOONER OR LATER. How do I know all this? Because I am tempted and if it is in the house eventually I eat some. I try to follow the above tips, but like you I am not perfect, but I try my very best not to gain weight.
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS???????????
